LOCATION

Located in the hills south of Lamai in one of the most popular residential areas within a quiet neighborhood, this 150 sqm villa is a sanctuary of calm, but only a few minutes away from Samui's second-largest vibrant town & several beaches. The villa has a beautiful tropical garden (1440 sqm) including a private waterfall and a huge garden terrace. The transfer from the airport takes approx. 25 Min.

BUILD IN 2016

Build and designed in 2016 with sensitivity for local context combined with form-making principles of modernism, the villa is the perfect hideaway for (newly married) couples, nature and yoga lovers, solo adventurers, business travelers, individual- or long-term tourists. The villa is not suitable for physically challenged person.

EQUIPMENT

Taking minimalism to the max, the villa will charm you with its modern, stylish decor for a memorable stay. The house has 2 large bedrooms both with teak-wood king sized beds, an equipped kitchen, an amazing roof terrace for sun bathing, a beautiful landscaped garden with huge rocks, a waterfall, tropical plants and trees, a secluded yoga platform and a view point. All rooms including the bathroom have floor-to-ceiling windows with unspoiled sea- and mountain views. The villa also provides a comprehensive security system, high speed internet (Fiber-optic) and a smart TV with internet-access.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Boris (the owner) a message.

If Boris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
