The first floor at Woodbridge Villa features a spacious open floor plan with a family room, billiards/Pool Table, Bar table, as well as a full bath and bedroom with bunk beds. On this floor, we have a very large room that features a seating area such as sofa bed with fireplace, bar table, TV, home phone, wifi and cable, Russian channels included, karaoke. This floor also features the laundry room, large balcony with table and chairs, Wooden floor, Jacuzzi . First floor also has sauna with infrared lights and shower cabin.
Our second floor features beautiful glass walls with amazing view. It features large open kitchen with dinning area and dinning table and chairs, 2 couches, fire place, TV, Cable. Beautiful Florida room, two bedrooms, one of which features king size bed and other two separate beds, full bathroom.
Our third floor features master bedroom with king size bed, large commode, skylight, TV. One luxury bathroom that features shower, Jacuzzi, glass partitions and skylight. Large Loft, one bedroom with beautiful view.
Our Villa is within 5 min walk from beach, restaurant, bar, pools- adult and kids along with other amenities. Winter amenities such as skiing, tubes, etc
No toiletries, sheets or towels are provided. Sheets and towels are available for extra charge of $100 for stay.
Guests bring their own soap, shampoos, toilet paper and paper towels due to allergies and preferences one may have.
This rental also includes free pass to the pool.

Ski Hill
Hideout Winter Sports Complex is located off Westwood Drive across from the Nubia Malkin Art Center. There are three ski trails accessed from the top of chairlift, a beginner’s slope with surface lift access and a tube hill with its own lift access. There is also a natural ice skating rink.
Rental Shop has skis, snowboards and ice skates for rent.
Ski School offers lessons for skiing and snowboarding.
Clubhouse
Home of the Tenth Hole Pub & Windows on the Green
The Clubhouse is the perfect place to entertain family and friends, while enjoying a delicious meal in a warm friendly atmosphere.
Great customer service and dedication to providing each guest with a superb dining experience are a source of pride to their staff.
For more casual dining the Tenth Hole Pub, offers a full-service bar and food menu with flat screen TV’s to enjoy all your favorite sports events in a cozy, friendly environment.
For more formal dining, Windows on the Green is the perfect place to enjoy dinner with your family and friends.
In the warmer months, you can also enjoy the outdoor patio which overlooks beautiful Golf Course.
Golf
Located in the North Section of the community, The Hideout Golf Course features 9 challenging holes totaling 3,344 yards of green expanse. Throughout the season the course is host to numerous tournaments and charitable events. Nestled in the lower level of the Clubhouse is the Golf Pro Shop, fully stocked with supplies and apparel. Motorized cart rentals are available through the Pro Shop for you to enjoy a beautiful summer day on the course.
Pool & Beaches
The Hideout has two outdoor swimming pools and two beaches.
The Main Lodge offers hourly non-power boat rentals: Paddleboats, rowboats, canoes, double kayaks, and kayaks along with chaise lounges also available at the North Pool.
There are different activities going on throughout the week at the Main Pool. Aqua Aerobics, Beach Bingo, Pool Games, Art at the Beach and Ceramics on the Beach.
Three Beach Parties are held at the Main Lodge Beach on the Holiday weekends along with Fireworks, Boat Regatta, and Little Miss and Mr. Pageant on July 4th weekend.
The Aquatics Department offers a large variety of swim lessons. The Hideout has its very own Swim Team that competes against other communities throughout the area.
Nubia Malkin Art Center
The purpose of the Art Center is to provide programs that entertain, teach and give personal satisfaction for Community members and their guests. The Art program consists of Ceramics, Arts and Crafts, Fine Art instructions, art exhibits, and many other cultural endeavors made possible by staff, and a very strong Art Committee.
