This is a spacious and sunny 1 bedroom property which is located 3 minutes walk from the La Mata Beach/Promenade. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, all newly furnished and equipped, brand new appliances, beautiful Terrace, Underground Garage, Air Conditioning, communal gardens and swimming pool, ideal for 4 people. Along the seafront there are several restaurants and not far away from La Mata Centre and the square with all the services you could wish for a relaxing stay. Local shops and number of restaurants are also located within 1 minute walk.

The price for July and August 500 € the week, prices in June and September 400 € . The price for the rest of the season on request.

The La Mata Apartment is 3 miles from Aquopolis Torrevieja Water Park and from Habaneras Torrevieja Shopping Centre. This apartment is 2.6 miles from Torrevieja Marina. The Golf Club is about 12 miles from the Apartment.

The nearest airport is Murcia-San Javier Airport, 19 miles or Alicante Airport which is 24 miles from the Apartment.

Espacioso y soleado apartamento de 1 dormitorio que se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la playa / paseo marítimo de La Mata. Tiene una sala de estar, cocina, baño, mobilario y todos los electrodomésticos completamente nuevos, hermosa terraza, garaje subterráneo, aire acondicionado, jardines comunitarios y piscina, ideal para 4 personas. A lo largo del paseo marítimo hay varios restaurantes, no esta lejos del Centro La Mata y de la plaza principal, tiene todos los servicios que puedas desear para disfrutar una estancia relajante. Tiendas locales y los restaurantes se encuentran a 1 minuto a pie.

El precio de julio y agosto de 500 € la semana, precios en junio y septiembre de 400 €. El precio por el resto de las temporadas consultar.

    Bardzo wygodny I przestronny apartament z basenem I garazem. Do plazy 5 min,blisko sklepy I restauracje z przepysznym jedzeniem. Miejsce stworzone do blogiego wypoczynku. Na pewno tam wroce.
