The address of the apartment is 6A Slawkowska, Krakow.

It is located literally 2 blocks far from Main Square which is indeed the biggest square in the city and one of the biggest in Europe. History of this square dates back to 13th century when it was used as a major trading spot. Nowadays it is still the very heart of Krakow, where locals and tourists gather to try some national specialties.

The apartment is perfect for 2, but can be used by 4 people as well. Please note that the other bed is a sofa-bed standing in the living room. Six skylights do the job and make the space really light. A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a window facing the dining table so you dont need to hire waiters. Bathroom with a shower and a bidet.

The apartment as a whole is your private area. Only you have the access to it. A bike rental is located at the same building.

My job is to make you feel good. Whatever your wish is you can always share it with me. At least it makes the wish more likely to come true. Usually i leave you the keys to the apartment at a key safe. Once your arrival time becomes soon, I send you a very detailed tutorial on how to check-in by yourself. However feel free to ask me to come and greet you in person, if you'd like that. I'd be happy to show you around! At the check out I ask the guests to drop the keys in the same key safe. 'Reduce plumbing problems and prevent clogs in your home with a bidet.'

Dear Missellie87, first of all thank you for your feedback! Regarding your suggestion about installing the air-conditioning. The apartment is now fully air-conditioned so you can feel comfortable inside even if sun is melting everything outside :) I'm sorry that you had to struggle with the noise during the night. For each of our guests we provide earplugs. Actually these can work even with having to wake up early. According to my personal experience, earplugs are good for blocking out the underlying noise (eg. from the outside) but not the loud, close sounds (eg. alarm clock). The air-conditioning also helps with handling the noises from outside. From now on even if its a very warm night, you can just close the windows and turn on the AC. With the windows shut, the noise cannot enter to the inside that easily. Finally, for the sake of informing my future guests, please be aware that the noise is present mostly during the weekends. In the working days it's much more calm and relaxing :) best regards Marcin

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marcin (the owner) a message.

If Marcin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
