For our Villa guests we offer comfortable, quiet and aesthetically pleasing accommodation near the historical center of Krakow in a short distance to the airport as well as the main bus and railway stations. Here you can truly enjoy your stay in Krakow either as a base for your busy sightseeing schedule or just relaxing in the garden and enjoying the excellent meals you can have prepared with skill by the owner of the Villa.

The Villa is located in the foothills of the beautiful Jurassic Scenic Park, just in the outskirts of Krakow, with a spectacular panoramic view over the Vistula River meandering from the Monasteries of Tyniec, Salvator and Bielany toward the Royal Castle of Wawel. On clear days you would see the tops of the Tatra Mountains some 100 km away.

This particular location makes a perfect base for visiting some of the most historically and naturally interesting places in Krakow and the neighboring regions.

The Property

The property is very well maintained equipped with all modern facilities, nested in a beautiful garden and built with excellent architectural detail both outside and inside of the building featuring sandstone and oak floors, sophisticated wood finishes, full of light on pastel painted walls.

The Villa is located peacefully away from main traffic in a safe semi-rural neighborhood.

The Accommodation

In the ground floor level we rent (Unit 1) an individual private Suite consisting of a large room with a bathroom and a kitchenette. There is generous space for a couple, but also an option of an additional bed for a child or two.

The second floor has its private entry and consists of a Master Bedroom (Unit 2) with a large bathroom and another separate Bedroom/Bathroom accommodation (Unit 3).

All three Units are tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences you might need during your stay.

Moreover, on the first floor of the Villa, there is a beautiful living/dining area with a fireplace a country kitchen and an adjoining view terrace. You can start your day here with an Italian espresso and a tasty breakfast or maybe also enjoy a lunch or a dinner during the day you might want to have it ordered. These facilities shall stay open for your enjoyment during the stay in the Villa.

Adjoining to the Villa, there is a parking space in the court yard and/or a possibility of using the double space enclosed garage.

Where to go from here?

We can help with your trip planning, guidance and any practical advice you might need when in Krakow.

Upon request we provide transportation from and to the Balice Airport or the bus/railway station. Otherwise, there are many round the clock taxi services available; just to give an example a taxi from the Villa to the Main Market Square of Krakow costs approx.4 Euro (5 Dollars) and it takes 10 minutes to get there.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beata (the owner) a message.

If Beata (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
