Kulraya Villas are an exclusive development of 2 serviced luxury pool villas. Each villa is exactly the same with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large private infinity pools. Panoramic sea views over the Andaman Sea, amazing sunsets and bordering onto virgin rain-forest. The villas are completely private and secluded and finished to the highest standard with travertine stone bathrooms, king size beds and luxury furniture to ensure you have the holiday experience of a lifetime. We also offer a 5 star hotel service with a Villa Manager that can arrange your every need including in-villa massage and spa treatments. The villas are cleaned daily and we also offer breakfasts (price inclusive during high & peak season bookings) and an "A La Carte" food menu that can be served to you in the villa.

The villas are on the beautiful tropical island of Ko Lanta which is in the Krabi province of Thailand. Direct international flights to Krabi, Phuket or Bangkok and domestic flights to Krabi. 9 stunning beaches to choose from and views of surrounding islands such as Koh Phi Phi. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luk (the owner) a message.

If Luk (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
