The surrounding sea is just a stone's throw away. 2 beautiful beaches await to choose from, accessible by a short 10-15 minute walk or a quick drive.

Grand Villa Tasanee sits on a prime location. Conveniently situated on the North East Peninsular, it is literally minutes from every amenity. Distances to all the, popular beaches, entertainment venues, shopping, medical facilities and Samui's international airport are only a 10-15 minutes' drive away.

    Dear Shane, We are very sorry and disappointed you had this experience with us. I can only imagine what you and your family must have gone through and I completely understand the reason for your review. It is equally frustrating for us, as well as many other villa owners in the area, One of which has been burgled over 5 times this year alone. Despite the security guard and the CCTV of others, these professionals are still managing to pull off these heists consistently despite all odds. We are a family run business and I assure you that we do not moonlight as professional thieves if that is what you were insinuating in your review. We do our best to provide good service to our guests, and we understand there is no amount of service we could provide to take back this experience. For that, we are truly. We are still hopeful in our investigation with the banks/exchanges and local pawnshops, in that they might turns up something in the meantime. As we only manage the rentals for this villa, we have not been able to get approval for a CCTV system to be put in yet. Collectively, residents are taking more measures to increase security and add features to brighten up the estate. I don't expect that you would want to come stay here again after your ordeal, but my offer still stands for a complimentary stay once the villa next-door is finished and there is no more possible security flaws, should you ever want to claim it.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
