Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem gepflegten Ferienhauspark im Nordhessischen Bergland. Mit seinem fast blickdichten Grundstück, liegt das Haus auf Seeseite. Von hier sind es nur ca. 600 m. bis zum Badestrand.
Das sehr gepflegte und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern ausreichend Schlafgelegenheiten für Familien. Ein Klimasplitgerät im Winter heizt das Haus und im Sommer kühlen kann.
Weiterhin ist das Haus mit verschiedenen Accessoires bestückt, die eine stilvolle Gemütlichkeit vermitteln, sodass man sich bereits beim betreten des Hauses sofort wohl fühlt. Das Grundstück ist rundherum bepflanzt und daher im Sommer, wenn alles grün ist, fast blickdicht.
Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich der Eingang mit Windfang und Garderobe sowie der großzügige Wohnraum mit Kamin. Von dort gelangt man auf eine schöne Empore mit Küche, Bad sowie einem Gäste-WC und einem Schlafraum mit Doppelbett.
Im Obergeschoss liegen 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, das eine mit Doppelbett, das andere mit 2 separaten Betten. Darüber hinaus lädt im Obergeschoß ein großer Balkon zum Entspannen ein und darunter im Erdgeschoß eine schöne Terrasse. Beide Schlafzimmer im DG verfügen je über einen eigenen Balkonzugang (Süden). Von hieraus können Sie die Blicke über den gesamten Ferienpark schweifen lassen.
Das Duschbad ist zeitlos hell.

Die Freizeitanlage Seepark Kirchheim lädt sowohl zum entspannten Liegen an der Badebucht (Sand) als auch zum spannenden Wasserskifahren an der dort bestehenden Anlage.
Der See besitzt eine gute Wasserqualität, so dass auch Schwimmer auf ihre Kosten kommen. Angler (mit Angelschein) können auch nach Genehmigung im See ihrem Hobby frönen. Genießen Sie den See beim Baden und Sonnen, beim Angeln oder bei einem gemütlichen Spaziergang!
Zahlreiche Wanderwege starten direkt in der Anlage. Ein Wanderparkplatz als Ausgangspunkt für interessante Wandertouren ist neu ausgewiesen worden.
