The best ocean view Residence with a massive communal swimming pool and sundeck with loungers to sit back and enjoy beautiful sunsets every night! Kata Top View complex is sitting on a hilltop overlooking Kata Bay and is surrounded by lush tropical forests.

A short 5 mins drive to the city center and the beach area. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants that are on the main road to the beach. Explore other activities in this neighborhood: visit Santosa Yoga & Detox center and its Vegan Restaurant, get a Thai Cooking class or try Muay Thai boxing gym.

This semi-detached spacious sea view townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and three bathrooms. It is a newly renovated corner unit with three levels. Upon entering the house you will be welcomed into the living room and dining area, which are spacious and have a large pool view patio with outdoor furniture. The living room couches are large and comfortable, perfect to enjoy movies on the flat-screen TV hanging over the wall.

The fully equipped western style kitchen, including the fridge, oven and microwave will let you cook for yourself and make you feel at home. There is a laundry room with a washer in the house for your convenience.

On the first floor the master bedroom features a king-size bed with a private sea view balcony, the bathroom is en-suite and the bathtub overlooks the ocean, this bathroom has a separate enclosed shower.

On the same floor there are next 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and closets. These two bedrooms each have small private balconies overlooking the hills and share one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All the rooms have closets with hangers and every room in the house is air-conditioned.

On the top floor, there is a fourth en-suite bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next to it, a second living room with 2 sofas and a large flat screen TV, where 2 more people can sleep. The room opens up to a large rooftop terrace with loungers and panoramic ocean and mountain views.

Please note. Electric usage of 50 kw/day is included in the rate, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per kw. Water usage is not included and will be charged 30 baht per cubic meter.

Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48 hrs in advance.

We recommend renting motorbikes or cars to fully enjoy the area, as the location is not suitable for walking to the beach.

Complex Facilities include a large swimming pool, jetted Spa pool, sundeck with loungers, garden, 24hr security and CCTV, secure parking at the front door for 2 cars or scooters.

On the same floor 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and closets, these 2 bedrooms have small private balconies and share a bathroom with shower.

All the rooms have closets with hangers and every room in the house has air conditioner units.

On the third floor there is a washing machine for your convenience and a rooftop terrace.

We advise to get a sim card upon arrival at Phuket airport to have a Thai phone line. This will make your vacation easier, you may also download the app “Grab” to book taxis in Phuket island.
