The villa was not breathtaking. It was very smelly from the drain. The outdoor furniture was totally rubbish had no legs so you could not use them.The person meeting us did not know which house it was… More

We are glad to know that our guests find our property spacious with very good pool. At the same time, we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. Regarding the smell, it is a temporary issue that can sometimes occur in any property in Thailand due to a drainage evacuation dysfunction, easily solvable by applying a  special product flushing to each property drainage, which we did as soon as we have been notified by the guest on that subject. Majority of our guests are happy with the service of our staff but sometimes the staff of our residents can be misconstrued as rude because of the inability to fully express themselves in English.We pride our staff of having the full awareness regarding the details of the property. It could have been due to communication barriers that hinders guests' and staff interaction. All details of the property are clearly stated on the advert including the location and the nearest landmarks and shops. The guests could also inquire to us about it before booking the property. The property is under a self-catering system. Therefore; basic toiletries are provided with the rentals. However, all mentioned items can be purchased at the closest supermarket or convenience stores. Our furniture is only expected to be new if the property is also newly published for occupancy. Otherwise, if it's an existing property, as all other property listings in Trip Advisor, the furniture would also be pre-existing and used as well. Although we do ensure that all our furniture and appliances are presentable and of great working condition for every time a guest would check in. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Christina back in Phuket soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
