From the owner

This newly renovated multiple level luxury villa has been built into Kamala's jungle mountainside. It has amazing views of the surrounding mountains and overlooks Kamala valley with a view of the ocean.

The private gated driveway leads you up to the main villa where you will be greeted by our smiling staff in our beautiful entrance. The main villa has three levels connected by stairs and has lots of room for large groups or families. The bottom level consists of a 3 Bedroom apartment style floor plan. It includes 2 bathrooms as well as an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom. There is also a separate kitchen, a large communal living area and it also has its own outdoor patio with a dipping pool. This level is great for friends or even a family to have to themselves.

The middle level in the villa holds 4 spacious bedrooms including the Master Bedroom of the house. Each bedroom is connected by a colourful decorated hallway which also links the top and bottom floor and leads out to the main kitchen. The Master Bedroom is the biggest and most luxurious bedroom in the house with a large living area, its own kitchen, a large walk-in closet, a large bath tub, a separate shower and even has its own private steam room. There is also a small room connecting to the bedroom suitable for small children. In total it is about 100 square meter in size. The other 3 bedrooms on this level are identical 21 square meter rooms each with an en-suite bathroom. They are quite spacious and each has been furnished with a king bed as well as a large lounge for relaxing. Each room has its own fridge, flat screen TV and central air conditioning. All 4 bedrooms on this level are quite large so as an extra option for the bigger groups we can also transform the lounges into queen beds so you could fit an extra 2 people in each room quite easily.

This middle level is also where the main kitchen for the villa is located. The open air kitchen which is completely covered, extremely spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, also has a very large seating area. This is where our lovely staff will be serving you breakfast.

The top level of the villa is great for entertaining both the kids and the adults. On this floor you will find an outdoor games area with a pool table and couches which is completely covered. This is a great place for the kids to relax out of the heat. Adjacent to this is an even better area for the adults to relax. This consists of a huge 170 square meter outdoor patio area with an infinity swimming pool and a private bar. The view at night time is amazing as you can see the lights of the valley below stretch out towards the ocean. This is a great place to relax even in the rainy season as the majority of the patio is covered.

Also located on the top level of the villa is another large 35 square meter bedroom with adjoining kids' room. This room is great for small families and provides another small retreat for the kids.

The interior of the villa is not only elegantly decorated but also designed for comfort to make our guests feel at home. Central air conditioning throughout the villa and in all bedrooms, modern appliances, WiFi Internet, stylish furnishings and decor provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Our new apartments are a great option for extra guests joining groups staying in the main villa. With a full-house we have 17 bedrooms occupied with 30 + guests sleeping very comfortably.

Our three self contained apartments are comfortable, well appointed accommodation options which provide a very convenient add-on for larger groups renting the main villa above. Baan Sung Thai (Main Villa) has a comfortable capacity of 20 guests and when we extend the group to occupy these apartments, we can host a total capacity of 34 happy guests.

The apartments can be accessed directly from the main entrance (electric security gate) or easily via 25 steps from the main villa above.

The 4 Bedroom Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with king beds & 1 smaller bedroom with a twin bed The apartment has two bathrooms , an open kitchen/

dining space and living room. Outside is a private terrace with

access to a swimming pool shared with the 2 bedroom apartments.

Although we are capable of holding large groups we are also very suitable for smaller groups and offer discounted rates for such groups. Be sure to inquire about the discounted rates if you are a smaller group.

Included in the rates for every group is A daily international breakfast buffet, daily cleaning of individual rooms and the daily service from our team of lovely Thai staff including a private chef and a service team. Should you wish to book any tours, shows, day trips or even massages our staff are more than happy to help. Also if you would like to celebrate something special in the villa such as a birthday, anniversary or even a family reunion we are happy to help plan a nice party in the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

If Stefan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
