- Car poach can park 1 car but you can park outside our house which is in a guarded and gated community.

- ^Has family hall with board games and toys such as bubble balls pool with slide, basket ball net, chinese chess, tumbler, kitchen stove, cashier toy, play mat, camping tents, music toys etc.

- Basic quality bed sheets, blankets and towels. You may want to use your own for best comfort.

-Typically check in after 3pm and checkout before 12pm as we need time to clean the apartment. But we will try our best to accomodate your preferred timings if the subsequent booking allows.

- For daily rental, additional $10 from 8th pax applies. 2 children below age of 12 can be considered 1 adult.

-For stay longer than 2 months, monthly rental can be reduced further.

Security deposit required to be held by Airbnb via authorization (its not really a charged yet). We hope your stay is pleasant and like to have peace of mind that our place will be taken care of. We value good friendships and will NOT make any claims unless necessary. Deposit will be refunded within 48hrs upon check out. Appreciate your understanding. Refer to Airbnb FAQ for more information about deposits.

*Regarding wifi, we do not charge for it and its speed cannot be guaranteed as it is managed by the local telco provider. Speed good for messaging, email and news surfacing. Not for video streaming.

^The toys and games in the family hall can be borrowed but guests acknowledge they play at your own risk and guests agrees to idemtify hosts from any responsibilities for danger or injury. Guests are also to help pack and put back the toys in their original place after borrowing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
