Searching for a place to gather with family or friends surrounded by a huge garden, close to Johor city center and Singapore yet away from the busy and smoky city center? Wake up fresh and relax throughout your stay at this newly built Semi D house.

The double storey semi-detached house is newly completed and is surrounded by a nicely maintained constantly green and spacious garden. The house is located at the end lot and corner.

There is parking slot in the house and plenty of easy parking on the street.

Total build up is 2985 sqft

Total land size is 5500 sqft

4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms at second floor and 1 bedroom in first floor.

- All the 4 bedrooms have their own attached bathroom inside and fully air conditioners.

- Master bedroom is equipped with King Size Mattress, side table and built-in wardrobe with full mirror sliding doors and balcony.

- Common rooms are equipped with Queen Size Mattress with dresser and wardrobe.

- Living room: Sofa, coffee table, TV console with 49" LED TV

- Dinning room: Marble dining table with 8 seats

- Kitchen: Wet and Dry Kitchen equipped with kettle, refrigerator and microwave, Cutlery.

- Bathroom: Toilet, wash basin and heater.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
