From the owner

This house is very well situated close to all the main beaches, discoteques, restaurants and a 2 min drive from Ibiza town. The house has a big roof terrace with views over Dalt Villa and the sea.

You will wake up to the song of birds from the sourounding forest but have all the ibiza key locations close at hand.

The House has a total of 4 air-conditioners. Not in all the bedrooms.

La casa esta muy bien situada, cerca de todas las playas, discotecas, restaurantes y a 2 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Ibiza. La casa dispone de una terraza con vistas al mar y Dalt Villa.

Despertaras con el sonido de los pájaros del bosque que rodea la casa, pero con todos los lugares importantes de la isla a mano.

Es recomendado tener coche de alquiler o transporte de algún tipo.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
