From the owner

Dear guests my apartment is located in a compound on the edge of the Red Sea on a private beach with turquoise waters which you have free access.

The apartment is in Al Ahyaa, 15 minutes from Hurghada Airport and 10 minutes from El Gouna.

There is also a swimming pool not heated on the beach in the form of a turtle with its jacuzzi and a bar/grill on the beach open from 08:00 am to 17:00.

There is a second pool available heated the winter.

The apartment is new, modern, spacious, bright, comfortable and air-conditioned with a sea view visible from the balcony and the bedroom, Marble kitchen and complete kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, induction plate, an oven, professional knives, glasses, plates, cutlery, cups, stoves, pans, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine.

The water is filtered in the kitchen and allows you to drink tap water that is drinkable, you do not need to buy bottled water at the supermarket which is appreciable for each of my guests.

In the bathroom you can find a hair dryer and a hair straightener.

In the bedroom you will find an iron and the bed is king size, the sofa bed offer one bed more. Wifi available in the flat (paid service).

Around the flat you will find several supermarkets, including one on-site, shisha bar, restaurant, pharmacy and a police office.

taxis and buses are nearby.

There is an office on-site open from 09:00 am to 18:00 and a security service 24 hours a day. They are available for you during your booking.

This is a new place, please note that the buildings still under construction and there is work around the buildings at the entrance and opposite the beach, the pool and the apartment. This situation of the apartment allows you to not hear the noise.

If you are a mixed Egyptian and European couple you need to have marriage papers either full marriage or ORFI.

If you are Egyptian couple you must bring your official marriage contract and your two ID.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
