A PRIVATE BEAUTIFUL POOL VILLA FULLY FURNISHED+INFINITY POOL FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL.

The villa is situated at Huai Yai Banglamung Chonburi Thailand.

The villa is in a very quiet area for peaceful nights, but just 10 minutes to JOMTIEN and 15 Minutes to PATTAYA beaches and nightlife.

VILLA has a living area of 310 square meters on 1 story with 2 separate attached apartments fully fitted, fully furnished both with own kitchens with en-suite baths with own entrance keys.

3 large bedrooms have large king sized beds (these bedroom are very large and can accommodate extra beds if required) with en-suite bathrooms and TVS in all rooms. 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed. Extra beds on request.

5, Bathrooms - 1 bathroom with large double person Jacuzzi and TV video.

Outside has an infinity swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi under open patio, a fully grassed area with sunbeds and large sun umbrella where you can sunbathe. There is also a nice dining area under outside open cement built and tiled gazebo with sound system overlooking private lake for a romantic dining atmosphere.

There is also a unique outside cement built and tiled gazebo with below ground Jacuzzi. This area has a unique sliding deck that covers the Jacuzzi with furniture on the top that slides to reveal the Jacuzzi so you have 2 separate spaces to relax outside overlooking the lake and infinity swimming pool. All the outside to the rear of the villa has been fenced to protect children accessing the lake.

All outside areas including pool and lake are fully lit up at night with romantic lighting if you require.

The VILLA boasts its own large grassed area in between the infinity swimming pool and lake which you can use either for barbecues, dancing, sunbathing etc etc.. loungers are provided if sunbathing required overlooking beautiful lake fully stocked with fish.

All rooms have remote control air conditioning and remote control ceiling fans, all TV's have smart boxes for your entertainment, video players, and wi-fi to all rooms. Most rooms overlook our private large lake and infinity swimming pool, just jump out of bed and start swimming.

Outside to front of VILLA there is ample parking with separate covered car port with remote controlled gate, with private parking for 3 cars. Shopping, car into villa 2 mtrs so no steps or struggling with heavy bags to worry about.

Amenities -

PLEASE NOTE: A car (Toyota Hilux Pick up Truck) and driver is on hand to drive you to shops Jomtien or Pattaya. Extra charge of 500 THB per hour minimum charge for this service 500 THB.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels provided once a week free of charge.

If you require extra cleaning service you will be charged an extra 500 THB per 2 hours.
