Baan Poolom is peacefully located on Hua Hin/Kao Takiab beachfront. 5 km south from Hua Hin town and 3 km from the largest shopping centre - Market Village. The stunning white apartment building is between Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and Let's Sea Alfresco.

The modern and spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms (king/king/twin bunks), 3 bathrooms (2 ensuites), open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen and balconies.
The apartment facilities include full air-conditioning units in all rooms, 2 wifi Internets, 2 LCD TV with cable - one very large TV in the living room and one smaller TV in the children's room, DVD/Stereo with music CDs and videos, iPod dock/CD music system, fully equipped kitchen and all bedding/linen/toweling.
High-Chair and Porta-Cot are also available.

Baan Poolom has two beautifully maintained swimming pools.
The ' Infinity Pool "with direct beachfront access and the " Garden Pool " surrounded by the gorgeous frangipani trees.
Both pools have comfortable sun- loungers , large umbrellas and pool toilets available.
In the apartment you will also find many fun pool toys for everyone to use and enjoy.

The property has an onsite Manager, 24 hour security and daily housekeeping and laundry service is available.
Just outside the property you will find transportation for wherever you wish to go. The property manager will be more than pleased to organise transport for you as well.

There are great restaurants as you step out of the property for you all to try and enjoy.

Why can't I call Francesca (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Francesca (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
