3 bedroom holiday villa in the Sierra de Crevillente mountain region surrounded by spectacular mountain views.The villa has it's own private swimming pool and a landscaped garden, with satellite TV (SKY). There are 3 bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning with 2 fully tiled bathrooms. The kitchen has granite work surfaces, an oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven etc.. plus crockery for 8 people. There's also an iron and ironing board available.The living/dining room has hot/cold air-conditioning, a 3 piece suite, sideboard, and table a chairs which will comfortably seat 6, and 8 when extended/pulled out. There's also an LCD TV with a Sky-Digital box, a PlayStation2 and also a DVD player available.For those with babies or small children, there is a highchair, travel cot, childs airbed and a buggy available.Prices are dependent on the time of year, but start from £310 per week.

House rules

Whilst the pool is 2 metres deep at the deep end, we advise against diving into the pool, but if you do so, it is at your own risk of injury. And please watch children around the pool, and make sure that they are supervised at all times.

Please ensure that you shower before getting into the pool if you’re wearing sun location/cream as it helps to keep the pool clean. There’s an outside shower located just by the front patio.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
