Healdsburg Riverstone Estate is a stunning wine country property. One of the best destination in Healdsburg for vacationing families, reunions, friends attending weddings, spring break, holidays, or cycling groups traveling through the backroads of Healdsburg.

Designed for the owners' family, they happily share their beautiful estate, a gated property featuring a historic Queen Anne home and two other cottages by the shore of the Russian River (no access) and only five minutes to central Healdsburg. Cable, business quality high speed wireless internet makes it easy for guests to check in to work or finish that last minute project, stream videos, games and movies. This is unmatched country privacy and yet so close to town (video surveillance outdoors for security).

Activities are almost too numerous to list here and entices our guests to relax and enjoy all it offers. A solar-heated in ground pool (May - October), eight person hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it, bocce ball court, frisbee golf, horse shoe pit, basketball hoop, fully equipped exercise room, and lawn for badminton/volleyball.

The compound consists of 3 homes and over 5300 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and accommodates 12 guests. Pick any combination of 5 bedrooms to make yourselves comfortable. Each has its own bathroom! The estate is one of the oldest and most elegant in Healdsburg, located 1.83 miles or 5 min. from Healdsburg Plaza. Minimum age to reserve is 33.

The stately and historic Queen Anne House has 3BR/4BA. Picture yourself sitting on the front porch, viewing the gardens, or a friendly game of horseshoes. Enter a formal living room, dining, half bath and walk through to a full gourmet kitchen with island, granite counters and dining area for eight adjoins a large brick patio and outdoor kitchen, with plenty of al fresco dining available, gas grill, and fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. The main bedroom and bathroom is downstairs featuring king size bed, fire place, and sitting room. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, each ensuite with queen size bed.

"The Coop" is the first cottage from the Queen Anne and has 2BR/2BA with queen beds in each. Between the bedrooms are kitchenette and small living area.A brick patio and ping pong table are outside the French door entry.

"The Oak Tree House" is the furthest cottage and has 3BR/3BA. An amazing feature in the updated and modern kitchen is an oak tree growing right through the room and roof! Deck seating is off the kitchen and a small terrace off one of the bedrooms. The master also has an ADA bathroom and king size bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedrooms has two twins. A living room sits between thee bedrooms.

There is a ramp entrance way to the home if needed.

Fountains and gardens adorn the property. A paved driveway with very good directions to each home/cottage winds through the property and beautiful decking gives our guests views of the Russian River.
