Private 2nd floor, ideal for a couple or a small group of friends, our cozy, art and music-filled house is located on a hilltop overlooking the charming town of Hawley, PA. A five-minute drive from Lake Wallenpaupack, Jill & Jae's Bohemian 2nd Floor offers two bedrooms with queen sized beds, private bathroom and private kitchenette. Bedrooms are stocked with 1000-thread count linens. Enjoy the lake, nearby swimming holes, or our quaint town and cap-off your night on the back patio.

The listed price is for use of one room, The Healing Room. If you are in a party of two that would like to use the second room, there will be an additional charge of $22. After two guests/one room, the cost is an additional $22 per person.

THE SPACE:

We purchased this 1860's home in November of 2017! We're thrilled to share it with you!

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the washer and dryer upon request.

Guests will also be able to use the hot tub on the back patio once installed in late June 2018 for an additional fee of $12 an hour. Just let us know if and when you'd like to use it, and we'll adjust the price of your stay accordingly.

We are animal lovers and pet friendly, but please note there is a $15 charge per night per pet. If you stay over two nights with your pet, we lower the price to $10 per night.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

We're available to you as much or as little as you like. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any reason. We do spend our evenings inside on the first floor, as well as in our studio garage where Jason records bands and where Jill holds art parties and paints.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The listed price is for one room/one couple, but you'll never share the floor with others who are not in your party. Have more than two guests or plan on using more than one room? We can accommodate up to four guests/two rooms for an additional fee of $22 per person past two guests.

The owners were very nice however like the previous review the door to get into the home was extremely hard to open. Ever time it opened it was a Big Bang. The room was not private at all a big grey… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JILL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
