From the owner

A very central self contained lower ground floor apartment, located 3 or 4 minutes walk away from the Marriott and Coconut Court hotels. It’s a fantastic space for a group of friends or family of four.

Can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. The location is excellent with buses and ZRs leaving from just 2 minutes walk away taking travellers all the way to (the famous) Oistins Fish Fry, St Lawrence Gap for night life and the airport. take the bus in the opposite direction and find yourself in Bridgetown or on the West coast of the island..

Tiled throughout, shutters in all rooms and decorated with calming colour, the apartment offers very cool respite after the heat of the day.

The sitting and dinning room are open plan with a separate kitchen. 32" Cable television is situated in the sitting room and offers a variety of channels including movies and sports channels. Wifi is also included at no extra cost.

The kitchen is a very good size and is fitted with a 4 burner stove. The dining table seats 4 but there are 2 extra chairs for guests.

Bedrooms are a good size and tend to stay cool. Both have double beds, wardrobes and bedside tables, lamps and are equipped with fans.

The bathroom is a good size with 3 steps leading to a roomy beautifully tiled electric shower.

There is a large front garden to enjoy the sunrays using the provided sun loungers or just sit at the table with a glass of wine or alfresco dinning.

A washing machine for your use is located through the back exit of the apartment with an out door washing line for hanging clothes.

Nearest beaches are between 5-7 minutes walk away. Two minutes from the apartment you will find Mama Mia restaurant, The Blue room Bar, Coconut Court hotel (live music) The Marriott Hotel (great for lunch dinner or just drinks) and Bajan food (lunches) as well as a convenience store for milk, wine, bread etc. Just another minute or so away you will find The Coffee Bean, again great for lunches (eat in or takeaway) and coffee.

The Barbados fertility Clinic can be accessed by foot or ZR/Bus. By foot it is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment and by bus/ZR just a minute or 2.

Harts is located walking distance to the Historic World UNESCO Garrison. The beautiful racetrack is surrounded by shady trees as you watch the fortnightly racing. Take a picnic and a blanket then settle in for the day.

The area is generally safe and very quiet. Saturdays can be a bit noisy from the local weekend bar situated on a road near the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
