Special note for the 2020 season
During this current covid-19 health crisis, we are all concerned that our living environments be clean and virus-free. We want to assure our guests at 96 Brickyard that we are taking extra measures to ensure a safe and healthy stay. We limit ourselves to only five 1-week bookings each year, and this summer all of our booked weeks are spaced a full week apart, allowing more than enough time for a deep cleaning and disinfecting of our cottage between bookings. We can assure all of our guests that they will have an enjoyable and healthy stay.
Due to early bookings, current availability is only from May 30 to June 17. 7 or more days can be booked at the daily rate, for any block of time during this period.
Property Description
Lovingly maintained seasonal Maine coast home, on the water. Approximately 2 1/2 hours from Boston.
The house is in a wooded setting overlooking a peaceful ocean tidal cove. There is direct access to the water from the property. There is a ramp and float from which you can swim or launch a canoe or kayak (you supply either). When the tide is in, row out to the many small coves and islands in the area. You can also use the float for sunbathing or just to relax and enjoy the view. Access to deep water and a boat launch is from the nearby common area. Relax, enjoy the water view, and take meals on the large screened porch.
Woods, coves and inlets shape this area of the Maine coast. Enjoy kayaking (you provide kayak), fishing and swimming.
