Its easy to relax and enjoy a fabulous island holiday when you stay at Poinciana 112. This beautifully renovated, spacious, extra large 3 bedroom apartment is perfectly positioned between the resort and the marina, overlooking Catseye Bay and beach. Perfect for a large family or a group. Not only is Poinciana 112 the ideal private getaway spot, its fantastic value with so much to offer with sensational views from the best position on Hamilton Island. Picture yourself on the expansive white-tiled balcony, relaxing with a drink at the outdoor setting, while soaking up the magnificent views. Theres also a barbeque on the balcony for outdoor entertaining. The apartment is completely self-contained, air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is modern with all stainless appliances and granite top island and side benches. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. Coffee and tea are provided for your arrival. The spacious lounge and dining area features a 52 LCD TV (Austar), DVD player and glass top dining table which can accommodate 8 guests. High chair and a cot are available for infants.

Poinciana 112 is ideally situated between the Marina and the Main Resort (both have quality and extensive shopping and restaurants) - both within 10 minute walking distance (free buses and your apartment buggy are also provided). The view from the large balcony (BBQ weber available) over the resort and out to the ocean passage to other islands is spectacular - try to catch the rising sun with the wallabies feeding below and cockatoos circling above. Guests are spoilt for swimming choices with our private pool and three large pools in the main resort as well as the ocean in the bay where the usual water sports' activities are available. The apartment location is quiet, bright and private as it is located at the end of the unit block. Please check in at the tour desk as soon as possible after your arrival, as the wonderful staff will have your holiday activity list sorted out in no time at all (for children and adults) with a very large range to sort all interests.
