Unique in Marie-Galante, villa classified 3 stars, spacious and comfortable on the heights of Grand Bourg, well ventilated by the trade winds and enjoying a panoramic view of the islands of Martinique, Dominica, Saintes and Guadeloupe . Fully autonomous and ecological, the villa is powered only by its solar panels and enslaved in rainwater. Our location allows a natural air conditioning. Nestled on a secluded ground of more than 8000 m2 with sported garden, the villa will offer you an environment favorable with the relaxation and the rest. Fully furnished and fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, with its swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea (+ 270 °), its 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms and double living room. Beaches, shops 3 km and the seaport are located 15 minutes from the house by car. A dinner will be proposed with the Ti 'punch at your disposal (stay of 1 week) and the refrigerator will be stocked for your breakfast the next morning. Our representative will explain the general operation of our villa and will intervene, in case of problem during your stay. The coordinates of our representative: +33 (0) 6 90 51 45 47 (watch out for jet lag) Prices: - From November 15th to May 14th: 1500 € / week (high season, school holidays, All Saints' Weekend, Terre de Blues Festival) - From May 15th to November 14th (low season): 1350 € / week Below one week the price goes to 200 € the night with a minimum of 3 nights, for long periods, to see with the owners.
