We are back on TripAdvisor! One of very few affordable stand alone house with a very nice pool in Grace Bay! Our uniqueness comfy Cottage is located in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. The whole property is now fenced and gated with outdoor security cameras. The house is situated in a residential neighborhood in the Grace Bay area, just a short 8 minute walk to the world famous Grace Bay Beach.

It is within walking distance to many of the islands attractions and activities – shopping, dining, pubs, casino and golf. The Cottage features an open concept design with King Size Bed and Full Size Bed in a newly expanded lofted upstairs bedroom, vaulted wood beam ceiling, and two deck door walkouts. One door leads to the front porch, the other patio leads to a private screened-in furnished deck with a garden view and fully waterproof roof/deck. The interior features a fully equipped kitchen designed for optimum functionality. The TV area has a queen size sofa and 32 Flat Screen TV, fiber-optic internet, WiFi, and DVD player. The kitchen has a new fridge with freezer, new gas stove, with granite counter tops and back splash, coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, mugs, glasses, beach chairs, pic-nic equipment, etc...Convenient, comfy, safe, secure, affordable and fully renovated. The weather is beautiful here and the cottage gets great breezes all year round which is why our property has three decks and two large sliding doors. Our full size kitchen and newly expanded lofted bedroom gives the cottage extra space and all the luxuries that you have in your own home. Most of our time is spent on the fully furnished outside mosquito-free veranda enjoying the breezes and quiet island life. All the outdoor furniture is new as are the BBQ, fridge and gas range.

All maintenance is always performed by the owners themselves and not subcontractors; it provides our guests with a safer environment.

Playpen and booster seat available at additional minimal fee.

Guests take full responsibility for their own safety.

Pool is shared with other guests in our guest house if any.

We provide all the basics (shampoo, soap, 2 double rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of tissue, saran-wrap, foil, garbage bags, etc.); should guests need more than provided, they can find everything at the grocery store. We are not a resort with endless supplies.

A useful manual is kept at the house for the benefit of our guests. We always also mention to our guests in private messages to never leave food in plates nor in the sink to avoid bugs. No guests have ever complained about it but guests most help. Keep as much as possible in the fridge.
