This Backyard Paradise is truly extraordinary! Nestled in the Thunderbird Mountain range, this home boasts a stunning view of Arizona's famous Sonoran Desert. Backed up to a mountain preserve, guests will truly enjoy the quiet and comfort of southwest living.

As you enter this home with its panoramic view of the beautiful backyard oasis through a wall of glass windows and doors, you will know you have just entered Arizona paradise! Guests can relax alongside one of three serene waterfalls flowing into the lagoon style pool, or unwind in our six-person Jacuzzi, which is an extension of the pool. Featuring, an outdoor fireplace waiting for someone to begin making s’mores, there is a built-in barbecue for the grilling cook as well as seating all around the fireplace to just relax and take in the entire experience of this backyard oasis. Two large tables/chairs allow large entertaining for everyone to spend time together eating, playing games or just taking in the full experience of the beautiful backyard.

Billiard’s anyone? Just inside the panoramic glass doors is a pool table, built in bar area, dining area and 60 inch flat screen TV. You can enjoy the indoors while still feeling as though you are just an extension of the stunning outdoors!

The kitchen is a “Cooks Dream” with updated appliances, granite counter tops, open so the entire family can be involved with preparing meals. Not interested in cooking, there is plenty of room just to sit at the island or the breakfast table and just visit with the cook or enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee bar area.

Great for game night, watching a movie, or reading a book while a fire gives the room ambiance in the living room just off the kitchen with another sight of the backyard. This is a sure area for relaxing after a long day if you prefer to be inside.

Ideal for any couple, the master suite includes a luxurious king sized bed, a 60 inch flat screen TV, two walk in closets, and a private en suite bathroom, which features double-sinks, two separate vanity areas, a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower. Stunning seating area and private fireplace, this room ensures a resort-style experience with access to the backyard oasis.

This wonderful home is able to provide sleeping for up to 14 people with an Arizona feel along with enough bathrooms which are large enough to accommodate everyone’s needs. Bedroom 5 is a addition in the garage with its own heating and cooling system, it is the room with the 3 twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV so there is no reason anyone cannot watch what they want in this home! What a perfect place to spend the holidays and have the entire family together and everyone still have their own spaces. Or a group of friends who haven’t been together for years to celebrate friendship.

Arizona is known for its golf courses and the 500 Club is (5) minutes away just waiting for your T-time reservations. Wet- N- Wild is a short distance if you are wanting to extend a water experience with large slides and pools. Shopping Anyone? Just a ten-minute drive to two large shopping centers, the Shops at Norterra and Arrowhead Towne Center. Hiking? There are the beautiful Thunderbird Mountains within walking distance you can hike on, and then go back to take a quick swim in the pool! Take a break from cooking and enjoy the cuisine Arizona has to offer! We highly recommend breakfast at First Watch or Cabin Coffee, both a short drive away and for an evening out Ah-So Sushi & Steak or Arrowhead Grill, neither will disappoint!

A True Surprise awaits you just 20 minutes away from this beautiful home! The Arizona Cardinals Football Stadium, the perfect stadium to see an “NFL” game or any other activities they may have! There is also Coyotes Hockey at the Gila River Stadium, as well as so many concerts. And there is plenty of great dining, at the Westgate area and more fun things to do such as: Dave and Busters, AMC Movie Theatre, Top Golf and of course to finish it off shopping at Westgate at the Outlets!

Be sure to check out boating opportunities at beautiful Lake Pleasant or spend the day tubing down the Salt River; both will make for an unforgettable memory! (Don’t forget the Sun Screen).
