LATITUDE 34 is luxury ocean front accommodation for six Guests and is located in the quaint hamlet of Gerroa. The sea side village of Gerroa is less than a two hour drive from Sydney's CBD and is just 10 minutes away from either Kiama or Berry.

You may be lucky and see dolphins swimming in the ocean from the House, as well as whales during the migration season. The sunrise in the morning is just magnificent and sunsets over the mountains have to be seen to be believed!

The stylish beach house has been created by one of Australias leading Interior Designers and the house presents with a unique contemporary feel. The house is one of the most luxurious beach houses on the South Coast and has been featured in many leading interior design magazines.

Every effort has been made to ensure that you will have the holiday of a lifetime in this coastal paradise and you will want to come back again and again!

You can laze about in the private salt water wet edge pool, enjoy a BBQ, tan on the deck or enjoy cocktails, as the sun sets behind mountains.

Equally you may want to surf, snorkel, dive or swim in front of the house at Shelley Beach, fish off the rocks or enjoy picturesque Seven Mile Beach.

In the evening, marvel at the moon rising out of the ocean and the vast star studded sky is simply breath taking!

epending on how you feel, you can do a lot at LATITUDE 34......or you can do nothing and simply enjoy the beauty that Gerroa and the South Coast has to offer.

You can relax in the wet edge pool, surf or swim at Shelley Beach or Seven Mile Beach or fish off the rocks! You might like to spot the fossils on the wave cut platforms, fly a kite or kick a ball on the headland.

Or you can walk along Seven Mile Beach or the Headland....or play Golf at the stunning Golf Course which is minutes away and over looks Walkers Beach. Tennis Courts are also close at hand, if you are feeling very energetic.

You can also enjoy a leisurely day at one of the many local wineries....or be pampered with a massage and facial at the local day spa.

Or if you are feeling more adventurous, Gerringong, Kiama and its' famous blow hole, Berry, the historic village of Jamberoo and Minamurra Falls National Park are close at hand.

Kangaroo Valley, the Fitzroy Falls, the Southern Highlands, including Bowral and Bundanoon and Jervis Bay are a bit further away and are terrific day trips.

Jervis Bay is about a 45 minute drive south of Gerroa and offers sandy beaches, fishing, dolphin spotting and whale spotting cruises when the whales are migrating up and down the coast.

Or you can stay based at LATITUDE 34 and spot the dolphins and whales from the comfort of the house!

There are numerous craft shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the district to explore.

There is a fantastic Award winning cafe close to the house that overlooks Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River....that you can enjoy gourmet meals at. Highly recommended for a long lunch or dinner!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
