Spacious airy loft/condo with a dramatic ocean view from the entire unit. Let the waves lullaby you to sleep, or just enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sip on morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The condo is located on the third floor of a recently renovated section of the building, which is part of the fully gated oceanfront community, 'The Dawn Galveston Beach Condominiums'. This condo offers a very unique floor plan, which is rare to find (there are only 16 similar units at the Dawn) and offers an unobstructed ocean view. Condo is very spacious (911 sq ft and 76 sf ft of balcony). Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware. A spacious dining area offers seating for 4 people, but two additional chairs can be brought in from the balcony. The master bedroom is connected with its own entrance to the full bathroom, and includes a TV with DVD player as well as a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located in the loft area and it overlooks the living room and shares the ocean view. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds with high quality linen. Additional sleeping is available in the living room, where the sleeper sofa can be unfolded into a queen size bed. Overall, the condo is tastefully furnished and offers all you might need during your stay. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo and large pack n play for your little one.

Complex is gated with additional pedestrian access from the Seawall. It is well maintained with a tropical feeling and offers two pools, hot tub, ocean front gym and picnic area. The entire complex offers an abundance of unassigned parking.

The condo is located in close proximity to many Galveston attractions, like Moody Gardens, several Fishing piers, Schlitterbahn Water Park, The Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens Golf Course, The Historic district with The Strand shopping area, Post Office Gallery strip, a variety of dinning and shopping opportunities and of course beaches, beaches, and beaches...

Note: There is no elevator access to the condo. The loft bedroom does not have an additional closet, but does include a dresser.

Thank you for your kind review and I apologize if you didn't find the place in the state, which would meet your expectations. I encourage my guests to contact me in such situations and my housekeeper usually fix whatever is needed. I place importance on clean state of my condos and am always ready to get it fixed if needed. Summer is extremely busy, so I am aware that my housekeepers might be sometimes in rush to move to another property and might miss some spots or forget to restock amenities, which applies to toilet paper in this situation. I usually provide several rolls as well at least two rolls of paper towels. If housekeeping forgets, they are ready to go back to the unit upon guest request. Anyways, you are always welcome back. I offer 5% discount on any rate and any of my properties to my returning guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivana (the owner) a message.

If Ivana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
