Renting since 2015. 45 reviews except I unlisted my home because of Covid and it took my reviews away. Southern breezes and beautiful sunset gulf view in this quaint historic home. It has been renovated to include granite countertops and a full kitchen perfect for baking. Linens and towels are provided and beach towels are ready to take to the beach only one block away. Take time to relax on the deck or take advantage of the large propane grill. The house is kid friendly, equipped with playpen, baby bath, baby floor grab activity toy, baby/toddler learning to walk walker and high chair. Toys, games (adult and children) cards, puzzles and more. Let the kids or or approved pets run around the back yard or enjoy all the different things the island has to offer. Centrally located near historic downtown, restaurants and shopping. Just down the road to the Pleasure Pier, outside skate park, or the ferry dock to Bolivar peninsula. Two cameras are installed on the lower level to ensure the safety of the owner which lives downstairs in the apartment of the house. There are no cameras upstairs. I give the guest privacy. Guest agrees to quiet time from 10pm-8am. Violations by guest or animal will result in a cancelled reservation with no refund. No need to worry about parking for we have a driveway for parking for one vehicle and one vehicle for street parking.

The owner lives in the downstairs apartment of the house. The owner keeps to herself so the guest can enjoy the vacation rental. I seldom come out of the apartment. Keys located on premises. Security cameras installed on the downstairs level. There are no cameras upstairs. Installed June 29- 2021 for owners safety.

Good location, very close to the beach and restaurants. We are two seniors but this would be great for a young family. Lots of games, an XBox 360, beach toys for the kids.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brenda (the owner) a message.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
