We are in a good location just 20 minutes by car from the airport of Santa Elena. Ideal for you to take a vacation with your partner, with your family or with your friends. A cozy place where you can appreciate a variety of birds, monkeys and tropical trees.

We have basic services to cook and make your stay a pleasant one. We are located in San Miguel on the shores of Lake Petén Itzá, Flores Petén; Guatemala, with a beautiful beach, safe for children. You will be able to wake up with the singing of the birds and the breeze of the Lake.

Tikal is one of the most important archaeological sites of the Mayan Civilization in Guatemala. It is only 45 minutes by car or bus from the accommodation. It is a majestic place that you can not miss.

Isla de Flores is 10 minutes by car and 5 minutes by boat.

There is a viewpoint 10 minutes walking under the forest from the accommodation, where you can appreciate the beautiful Isla de Flores and the extensive forest.

Hay un mirador a 10 minutos caminando bajo el bosque desde el alojamiento, en donde puedes apreciar la hermosa Isla de Flores y el extenso bosque.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Villa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
