This luxury large apartment is in top location in the famous Lungomare (sea promenade) and in the beaches of the area.

It is in the 7-th floor from the ground of a 10-floor new building (built 2015) accessible easily by both elevators and stairs.

It is comprised of two large bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen with a total area of 108 m2 (including two balconies one with seaview and other city view) and bathroom with separate shower section.

It boasts high speed internet provided by Vodafone Gigafiber optical fiber up to 100 Mbps. Router has also Ethernet ports for hooking up LAN cables.

Detailed description:

1. Living room is furnished with Italian sofas. It boasts a super fully equipped kitchen section with built-in large refrigerator, oven, hobbs, microwave, chimney hood, water heater etc.

It has a 32" LED TV with Fire TV/netflix/premium content cable box with latest movies and shows in English with subtitles in various languages and a Samsung DVD/CD/PVR device.

In the kitchen section there is a wooden table with four chairs.

Air conditioned with hyperinverter AC with air ionizer purifier.

2. First bedroom has a large double bed (one double mattress) clothes rack and a mirror. It has access to cityview balcony.

3. Second bedroom has a large double bed (two single mattresses), large wardrobe and a working desk.

4. Bathroom has a separate shower cabin mosaic-laid antislip, wc, biddet, water heater 80 litre, and a combi dual use washing and drying machine.

5. Balconies (2) are with seaview and city view. There are chairs and table in balcony with seaview.

6. Corridor is layed with wooden parquet

The apartment is built and equipped with high quality quality materials, furniture, and electrodomestic appliances. It boasts thermal insulation and thermoacoustic windows and facade and also equipped with mosquito nets.

For cleaning the apartment is equipped with a hand vacuum cleaner and a robot vacuum cleaner.

There is an espresso machine and a coffee filter machine.

One set of towels and sheets, are provided free of charge.

Cookware , utensils, glasses, dishes are provided free of charge (guests are required to leave them cleaned, please use proper care for cleaning cookware. The pull-out drawer for utensils knives, is "hidden" under the first drawer below the stovetop.

There is an iron and iron table and a hairdryer too.

The facility does not allocate parking places but guests who come with cars can park for free in building free parking, and in many public parking lots in front and back of the building and in the streets where all parking places are free of charge. There are also two paid guarded parkings each few meters away from the building where guests can park with a modest fee and they also have car-wash service.

Two top quality professional mountain bikes are available for rent at this apartment (locked at balcony no.2) as low as 1 euro day. I supply to guests code locks on which can set own code.

1. Electricity from shall be billed as per consumption metered ( 0.125 eur/kw) You can check the electricity meter in ground floor to monitor your consumption. Please note that average consumption per household in European Union is 303 kw monthly so if you do not abuse with electricity the bill shall be quite low.

2. Water costs 20 euro per month fixed price.

In the ground floor and few meters away you will find restaurants, pizzeria, fast food, supermarket, hairdresser, medical centere and dentist, post office and some of trendiest bars in the city. There is a basketball playground few meters away from apartment.

Municipality tax 200 Lek/adult person is not included in price.

Please note that you must give to us the passports upon check-in or a deposit guarantee for damages (your choice) which will be returned to you upon checkout.

Das Appartement liegt im 7. Stock mitten in Vlora. Man kann so gut wie alles zu Fuß erreichen. Den Ausblick aus dem Appartement fanden wir super. Wir würden sofort wieder hin fahren.
