Guest house ’’Vila A’storia’’ is situated in Ruma, in a part of the town known as Breg. It is the property of ’’Distillery Petrović’’ which produces premium fruit brandies ’’A’storia’’ that the house was named after.

It is located 1 km away from the town center and 3 km from picnic site Borkovac. Breg is known as the site where famous Ruma Fair takes place each third day of the month for more than 250 years.

The house was built in 1936 and renovated several times – from the end of 80’s until today. There are living room and bedroom, kitchen with dining room, hall and bathroom with the total area of 80 m2. It is ideal for the stay of four member family.

House garden spreads over 10 acres. Having the space for children’s play, more room for sitting in the garden and possibility for preparng cutlets and barbecue, the whole space is tailored both for children and adults.

What is more, ’’Vila A’storia’’ is almost ideal for the stay of business people – for rest and relaxing as well as for promotions, meetings and all-day celebrations with employees and associates.

Cable TV (IPTV), computer, Internet, Wi-Fi and DVD are also available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aleksandar (the owner) a message.

If Aleksandar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
