Our passion? guests' hospitality for transiting travellers, tourists and resettling immigrants in need of having their necessary administrations or local sites to visit in Chiang Mai. The stay engulfing our guests in nature yet within new city, cultured in its structure by the builders of the same road name Khun Soi SriSukri harnessing a standstill in time fused between peranakan and Lanna culture. Living amongst foliage is researched to be curative to the conscience. We have a non stack living concept providing just that sense of space close to landed grounds, lots of personal spaces for interrelationship engagement or personal niche corner for self consolidation. Nearby provides architecture from the pass as well as themed parks and restaurants. Whether a solo traveler, or with your family and pets, we welcome all. We engage with our guests with a home away from home theme. Common space was recently in Nov 2018 given an uplift hopefully leaving guests more comfortable, we progressive curate our ambiance to provide better aesthetics of local hand crafts and comfort during your stay. There are abundances of eateries & sites for visits to occupy your travel purposes, all the merrier if you motor bike, I could take you on a trail orientation. The highway has bicycling tracks.

Our location are proximal to some iconic visiting sites yet laced with mystical nooks to wander. A location which allows you to find yourself because it is where I too occupy in finding myself, realizing dreams into reality.

Within the district are a homely Japanese restaurant with food prepared by a Japanese Chef and a steak bar nearby. Nearby access to sites such as the Ratchaphruek Royal Garden, Wiang Khum Kham, the Night Safari Park and adventure; Grand Canyon, Paintball, Go-karting and the further distances of Promenada mall & Central Festivals shopping centres with craftworks establishments along its passages travel experiencing conscious. Enroute to Wiang Khum Kam, Doi Kham and Samoeng (Chiang Mai Grand Canyon), Dhara Dhevi, Jom Thong, Mae Klang, Thirathan, Sirithan, Mae Ya waterfalls, Doi Ithanon, Huey Khiaw waterfalls, Nimmanhaemin also Doi Suthep and Mon Jam, Doi Pui. Dosed with personalized touch and ability to adapt for preparation of different occasion together with our in house created recipes providing our agility in meeting different types of food preferences. Personal spaces are enhanced with a limited guest numbers at any one instance. We properly accredited ourselves on the stay and be able to communicate in multiple languages. We will try our best in making your stay as comfortable as in our abilities whilst you are laced with a sense of seeking the unknown.

If it is your first entry into Chiang Mai, you will be engulf in real life of what a unit Thai village is contested and the daily life without being throttled upon by touristic hospitality yet experiencing it in a language that provides more understandability. If you are a long experience stayer in Thailand, you will find surprises and places in easy reach to do. How do damage deposits work?
