the apartment is on the first floor. and has lovely views of the communal gardens, . you can get a glimpse of the sea . which is ten minuets walk. there is WiFi access in the building. there is a ramp and lift access to the apartment. there is a baby cot come play pen not bean used yet available. ..the tourist information center called sudecassa is on the way to the beach. there is a supermarket and ATM cash point across the road along with bars and restaurants with in 5 minuets walk. There is a TV in the bedroom and living room. Both are Smart Tvs.

hello im the owner there was keys with the portello/janitor but he didn't receive my instructions to let them in so i sent them along the road about 5 minutes walk is sudecassa office have keys as well so from now on all customers collect keys there small hick up yes the girls informed me the out side pipe was missing on the air conditioning unit so when it was on the water dripped down on the restaurant below so i sent a maintenance person to fix straight away i believe 2 days was fixed in mean time there is a big ceiling fan in the open lounge to help keep cool. and i have removed the private parking from the advert just problem was obtaining new fob for car park. usually plenty off out side parking.. there is also coach stops across from the apartment to local towns and as for not speaking spanish the apartment is advertised all over the world that is why every one uses google translate.and i would like to add my cleaners said they left the apartment very dirty. i appreciate feed back as i want to make your stay the best ok thank you for reading

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
