Villa Toali is a beautiful contemporary property with five bedrooms.

It has a large living space that connects the kitchen, living room, with the terrace, exterior dining area, swimming pool and large tropical garden.

It fits perfectly a big family or a group of friends who can enjoy their holiday in a convivial atmosphere.

Sleeps comfortably up to 12 people.

Every bedroom has a private full bathroom, fan and AC.

You don't have to worry about anything; Villa Toali provides all the modern comfort :

Electricity with power inverters, automatic gate, audio and video equipment with flat screen TV, SKY TV, wireless internet, new gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels.

15 KHW per day are included in the rental. If the consumption surpasses it will be charged extra at the current price per kilo.

NOTE: Our rates are based on the capacity of 8 people which is the use for 4 bedrooms.

In the event that your group is more 8, it would be a charge of $15 usd per person per night.

VERY IMPORTANT - Do not make too much noise after 9:00 PM. At 7:00 AM. No parties or events. No loud music allowed. In case of not respecting the above rules there may be a FINE of $ 300 USD and the police may come and ask you to turn down the volume.
No visits to the villa are allowed, only the people included in the reservation can stay.
Included 15 KWH per day. Additional consumption will be charged at the end of the stay at the same rate as the electric company, DP $ 15.00 per kilowatt.

Some of the items that you have pointed out are currently being addressed and rectified. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eunice (the owner) a message.

If Eunice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
