BREAKAGES DEPOSIT - There is a fully refundable breakages deposit of £125 (or €150) that you pay directly to the property managers when you arrive and they will return it to you before you leave (subject, of course, to no breakages!). Guests really prefer this option as it saves all the waiting and uncertainty of getting back your deposit.
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY - Our professional property managers deliver all the local services directly to you so you can customise your stay, and by paying them directly you get the services at cost with no middleman mark-up or commissions. So, there is a local charge for cleaning and laundry of just 95 Euros which you simply pay to the property managers on arrival. They are also able to supply a whole range of optional welcome packs of food and drinks items, baby and toddler care items etc - simply let them know if you want this on your arrival. The only thing not included in your rental is beach/pool towels, so do please bring those with you if you plan to use the pool.
IDENTIFICATION DETAILS
It is now a legal requirement in the Valencia Region for all private landlords to register guests' details with the Tourism authorities, and so ahead of time we will be asking you for either scans or photographs of your photo id; generally a national id card or else a passport. We understand this is yet another task for you to do before your holiday, but we have gone to great lengths in order to comply with the law and will undertake all the necessary registrations for you. Anything less would be a criminal offense under recent changes to the law, and whilst many owners appear to be simply ignoring these new regulations, we are not. As responsible owners we are fully registered and compliant, and our Tourism License number is VT-456435-A
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with state-of-the-art inverter technology for near silent operation, using remote controls.There is a flat-screen LCD satellite TV with a full range of UK and European satellite channels. Both the lounge and main bedroom have full sliding patio doors onto the spacious terrace. This 2 bedroom luxury apartment is fully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people, with a spacious lounge/dining room, a large luxury bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 'silent' hot and cold air conditioning, providing everything you need for the perfect holiday. Smoking is permitted, but only on the terrace.
Please note, the main bedroom has two single beds set together but they can be separated into two singles.
