From the owner

Located on the quieter North-Western coast of Koh Samui island, our award winning villa offers the privacy you require from a luxury holiday but still within easy distance to the best beaches on the island.

Our two full time villa staff will pamper and provide the comforts normally associated with high end 5 star resorts.

Our villa caters comfortably for six guests, there's a spacious 4 poster master bedroom and two large guest rooms. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with en-suite jacuzzi bath tubs.

The villa's own 7 seater, 4WD SUV and private driver are at your disposal. All airport transfers are of course all included although fuel charges are on our guests own account.

Our staff are your own personal concierge team and can provide their own personal island recommendations for the best restaurants, beaches and island private boat trips . They can easily arrange yoga classes and in villa massages all from the comfort of your own luxury villa.

We have a full screen dedicated cinema room where you can enjoy watching blockbuster movies , international T.V. shows or watch your favourite sports .

If you are looking for something a little more strenuous then try our traditional Muay Thai kick bag . We can arrange private Muay Thai / fitness lessons with our top international trainer .

You can easily access your Spotify music library with our indoor and outdoor speaker system . If that sounds like too much activity you could of course just spend the day in our hammock, read a book from our library or just chill with a cool drink from our poolside fridge. The sala is great place to avoid the midday sun and take in the magnificent views over the Gulf of Thailand.

The villa has full air conditioning in all bedrooms and our downstairs lounge / cinema / audio room. A fully equipped kitchen with a selection of teas and a capsule coffee machine are available to our guests . Breakfast is provided with your choice of either fresh fruit , toast , cereal and juices .

Khun Kung is an excellent chef and for a small additional cooking fee , she can provide you a wide selection of your favourite Thai dishes all served from the comfort of your own villa . Join her at the local markets to source the best produce and then back to the villa for a cooking lesson you will never forget !

You could also showcase your holiday BBQ skills on our charcoal grill with fresh Thai seafood or prime imported steaks .

Why can't I call Martin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Martin (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin (the owner) a message.

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
