Private 22' x 10' oceanfront swimming pool and patio with hot tub and fenced back yard. Elevator access to all levels. Ground level game room/second living area with foosball table, flat screen TV and daybeds. Enjoy family gatherings in the large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless cookware and stainless steel appliances. The reverse floor plan offers spectacular ocean views from the large, open family room with vaulted ceiling; beautifully decorated and furnished in soothing coastal decor. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 flat screen Roku TVs including large HDTV in living area, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Ample covered and open decking all with porch furniture; great for friends and family to gather or spread out with plenty of oceanfront seating areas. Gas grill, enclosed outside shower.
