Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Four oceanfront master bedrooms with Ks (three with whirlpool tubs). All BRs have private baths and Roku Smart TVs with Blu-ray DVD players. Great room features electric fireplace, Roku Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD and spacious seating. Poolside game room on ground level with kitchenette, wet bar area, pool table, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker and Roku Smart TV. Kitchen includes custom cabinets, granite countertops, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, double wall ovens, gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, icemaker and wine cabinet. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Elevator, 2 washer/dryers, 10 cable TVs, 10 DVD players, water softener, ceiling fans throughout.
