I am sorry to hear of the maintenance items you encountered during your stay, and I have followed up with our maintenance department to ensure each has been resolved. I also regret hearing that a member of your party was stuck in the elevator as I’m sure that was an alarming experience for that person as well as the rest of your group. Thankfully, a member of our maintenance team was able to get them out. We make every effort to have amenities of our homes in working order for your stay, but on occasion, such as that you described, reactive maintenance is needed and we work quickly to get someone to the home to assist you. Thank you again for your feedback.
