STEPS TO THE BEACH! Fantastic cottage just 300 feet to a shared private beach at the end of the street. Central ac and cable TV. One bath with stand up shower only and three bedrooms. Outside has an enclosed shower, patio and a swing, gas grill, fire pit, picnic table and lawn furniture.

Great place. Clean, quiet. The AC is a plus and love the short walk to beach!

Perfect place for small family or with friends. Repeat renter - no desire to stay anywhere else! My only suggestion would be to provide more adequate cooking supplies; pots, pans, etc.
