This lovely holiday villa enjoys a superb location on the exclusive Cumbre del Sol development, and is within easy driving distance of Javea and Moraira. Within walking distance you will discover some local bars and restaurants, also a fabulous communal pool complex with lovely pool bar serving snacks and refreshing drinks. The cosmopolitan resort towns of Javea and Moraira provide a wealth of fabulous bars and restaurants, every watersport imaginable, and a range of activities to keep even the most demanding kids happy. Further inland you will find the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys, full of grape vines and orange groves, tranquil villages and a taste of real Spain.

The villa is accessed from a private parking area down a short flight of steps. Inside, this bright and airy villa has three bedrooms, two twins and a master double with en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The spacious lounge diner is comfortably furnished and enjoys a television, DVD player, and satellite system with limited English channels. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with access to the pool terrace and beautiful heated pool, and dramatic mountain views towards the pool complex. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences, and a separate utility room with washing machine. The villa benefits from air conditioning in the lounge, master bedroom and one of the two two singles. The whole villa is beautifully presented and furnished to the highest standards, providing a lovely holiday home for the discerning holidaymaker.
