For a vacation that hits all the right notes, choose Casa Sharona, a lovely one-bedroom condo in Cozumel's most exclusive and luxurious beachfront communities.

Casa Sharona is a sight to behold--modern and contemporary, which is not something you often stumble upon in the Riviera Maya. This unit sits on the first floor of Residencias Reef with an impressive walk-out patio that offers unbelievable views of the immaculate green grounds and towering palm trees that line the beach. This incredible space is adorned by rich wooden beams that provide shade and privacy, a built-in bench from which you can watch the sunset, and even a sunken soaking tub where you can relax after a fabulous day in paradise.

Your home away from home comfortably sleeps two. The master suite comes furnished with a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The newly remodeled bathroom is big and beautiful, with a double-sink vanity, large mirror, and colorful tile.

The open-concept living and dining room provide unobscured sight lines to the newly remodeled kitchen, so the chef can multitask—chopping, sautéing, and cooking while being part of the conversation. Brand-new appliances of every shape and size have been provided, and the new granite countertops give you all the room you need to flex your culinary muscles.

Adjourn to the living or dining room (or even that awesome deck) to enjoy the fruits of your labor—both spaces are modern and tastefully appointed with dark wooden furniture, oversized sand-colored floor tiles, and colorful artwork.

To help you feel even more at home, your hosts have included WiFi, Smart TVs in both the living and bedroom areas, and an in-room safe.

Casa Sharona is only steps away from the famous white-sand beach, where you can walk for miles along the turquoise ocean, participate in an endless array of water sports and activities, and enjoy a bite or a sip at one of several restaurants and bars along the way (some even deliver).

There are many activities to entertain you: You can snorkel right off the shore or embark on a SCUBA diving adventure—they’ll happily pick you up at the nearby dock. You can do a little body surfing in the warm water and gentle swells that lap the beach or maybe start a game of Frisbee.

As a guest at Residencias Reef, you are invited to use the two freshwater pools, open-air Jacuzzi, SCUBA and snorkeling gear rinse tank, and outdoor shower.

When you want a break from the sun, pull up a lounge chair on the beach or by the pool or plop down beneath a shady palapa.

When you’re up for a night out, head to downtown Cozumel, an easy ten- to 15-minute drive away is downtown Cozumel. Stroll along the oceanfront promenade for a bit of shopping or sightseeing. Restaurants, bars, and vendors selling everything from homemade tacos to handcrafted fabrics line the promenade, as well as duty-free stores and nice boutiques. You can watch the cruise ships dock or the ferry boats come in on the promenade—and if you want to reserve a SCUBA or glassbottom boat snorkeling tour, you’ll find a provider on virtually every street.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
