AN OCEANFRONT PENTHOUSE IN PARADISE

One of the few two-bedroom penthouse condominiums nestled in the elegant Residencias Reef community, Casa Gonzales has views that are arguably among the best on the island, plus amenities that rival those of even the most expensive resorts.

Each of this unit’s two bedrooms face west, providing you with unending views of the azure waters of the Caribbean and flawless white-sand beaches during the day and the most incredible sunsets at night.

Not only do you tower above all the other condos, but you also have access to the rooftop observation deck  that gives you panoramic vistas from every angle. Head up here to take in the view and bring along a cocktail for a magical sunset.

Both of the expertly appointed bedrooms face west, allowing spectacular view of the sunset but buffering any intrusive light in the morning, so you can sleep in on your vacation. Isn't it nice when you don't have to set an alarm clock?

The condo’s master bedroom is just beyond the beautiful French doors, where you will be spoiled by a king-sized bed, high thread-count linens, a gorgeous attached bath with magnificent tile accents, and sliding glass doors that open up to the huge ocean-facing terrace.

The second bedroom is equally opulent, and boasts two queen-size beds plus an ensuite with a bath/shower combination and plenty of counter and storage space.

The spacious and beautifully decorated common area between the two bedrooms opens up directly to the terrace and features an overstuffed L-shaped couch, an entertainment center with a 42-inch flat screen TV with an extensive cable lineup, a DVD player and free phone service for calls to the U.S. and Canada. Free Wi-Fi is also included and can be accessed from every room.

The kitchen will bring out the chef in you—and to creaste your culinary masterpieces, you'll find large appliances along with the small ones that you can’t do without, plus all the dish and cookware you could possibly need during your stay.

You'll have plenty to work with too--Cozumel has many local markets where fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, poultry and more are available at very low prices.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
