“Five Star Luxury with TLC”

We chose The Hideaway Suites to meet up and spend Christmas and New Year with 2 of our children in their early twenty's who were travelling in Australia. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel very special. John, Pinpan, (& Coffee / Lucky the cats) were the perfect hosts. Nothing was any trouble every request was accommodated. We have no hesitation in recommending this as five star luxury with TLC. Much love, Steve & Caroline (Alderley Edge, Cheshire, UK) ps Pinpan sorry again for pushing you in the pool with your new iPhone 6 in your pocket!!! I really had no idea that you couldn't swim!!!

“Quality host and luxury rooms at a reasoable price”

I stayed at Hideaway Suites for 4 weeks during March 2014. John, the owner, was an excellent host who went out of his way to ensure that not only everything about my room was satisfactory but that all aspects of my entire visit to Koh Samui were exceptional. I loved my room: very clean, quiet, safe, nicely decorated, amazing view and being able to enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a plus. Coming back home to Hideaway Suites was always a nice way to end a day. I'd gladly return for another stay. Thanks for the hospitality, John!

“Fantastic Private Paradise”

5 star hotel lodging in a private atmosphere with the perfect location. Yoga and healthy food options are around the corner at Absolute Sanctuary and a friendly breakfast awaits across the street at Banyan Coffee House. I stayed at the Guest Master with balcony and had everything I would have ever needed and more as John does anticipate guests' every requirements down to the details of a small kitchenette, own washing machine, fluffy really big towels and assistance for motorbike rental. Luckily now in the low season I had the place mostly all to myself which was the icing on the cake. I for sure will be back.

“Perfect honeymoon location...”

Stayed in the guest master suite for two weeks for our honeymoon at the end of September 2012... wish we could have stayed longer though!! Had such a relaxing time, the rooms were just perfect, beaches and views were amazing and gardens well maintained. The staff on the resort were very welcoming and friendly. Can't wait to go back for our anniversary!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pimpan-John (the owner) a message.

If Pimpan-John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
