We have two very clean and comfortable 25sqm units (bedroom/bathroom) for a fantastic price. The rooms are identical so if you cant find your required dates here then please check Surin Beach Room 2.

Within 5 mins walking distance to Surin Beach makes this a truly unrivalled location at a budget price. Many restaurants, bars, shops & beach clubs can be found close by. Laundry shop is right next door. They will wash and iron everything for a very cheap price.

A truly comfortable, fully furnished space with everything you need. So many attractions, bars, shops and beach clubs within walking distance, not to mention the beach itself. Bargain price, especially when compared to the hotels that surround it. New quality furniture and bedding.

Access to room and bathroom is via your own separate back access to the property. Lock with key is for you to keep throughout your stay. Please contact us if you require parking. It's free! If you need any help throughout your stay you can contact us via phone or simply come into my luxury wedding dress and lingerie/swimwear boutique underneath the property and speak to me face to face.

Towels are provided at the start of your stay. The wardrobe has a lockable drawer for valuables. There is hot water for the shower.

Surin Beach is one of the best beaches in Phuket. Many bars, restaurants, 5 star hotels and luxury shops surround the property. We are located on the road opposite Surin Beach that connects Kamala/Patong to the South and Bang Tao to the North. All these places have excellent beaches and amenities too. Check out the Twin Palms Hotel (4 mins walk) for one of the best Sunday brunches on the Island, shop in Surin Plaza (2 mins walk), or simply relax on Surin Beach (5 mins walk).

No smoking inside the bedroom please, on the balcony is fine. No parties or loud music late at night as the local residence near by must be respected. If you break something we will expect you to pay for it.

Please advise us at anytime if you would like a maid service by sending a message to us and paying an additional fee of 250 Thai baht for each service. Maid service includes changing the bed sheets, changing the towels and cleaning the bathroom and floors. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Freya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
