Reforming a family home with centuries of history and creating a perfect marriage between the old and the contemporary for the enjoyment of its guests, has been the goal of Roberto and Almudena, the owners, in this house in Cerezales del Condado near León. It has a total area of 250 m2 plot, which rises this shelter of 110 m2. Distributed on 2 floors and porch, it consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and garden with rest area Antechamber of the Picos de Europa Regional Park, one of the main natural treasures of Spain, at the foot of the oak forest and protected by the Porma River, is this small village of Leon. A rural environment in which to get lost wrapped in aromas of thyme, lavender and rosemary. The location of the Vallín de Lan in Cerezales del Condado will allow you to enjoy the winter season of San Isidro which is only 50 minutes away and get to know and live León 25 minutes from the accommodation. If you prefer to rest and relax in Cerezales, we invite you to visit the town, the spectacular Fundación Cerezales Antonino y Cinia, and especially, its famous Artistic Bethlehem, place of passage that has already become habitual, for skiers returning to the capital once the day is over. Respecting the structural beauty of the house, they have managed to show off their years with style, restored with care, today it is an ideal holiday retreat.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
