Situated on the 3rd floor in the upmarket hotel and residence “The Rockwell”. This wonderful two-bedroom apartment is spacious and is a family orientated place. Its decor gives you that immediate home feeling. The apartment has all the self-catering amenities: Built-in kitchen fully equipped with granite work surface, built-in electric oven & hob, space for 4 appliances, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher, glassware, crockery & cutlery to provide all the conveniences of home.

The apartment also offers an incredible compliment of both interior and exterior space, with the benefit of both the main bedroom and living room leading onto a large balcony with beautiful views; suited for those who love the outdoor fresh air or just to have that long-awaited cocktail. Take full advantage of the fabulous large balcony that transforms the living space, truly giving you an inside and outside entertainment.

MAIN BEDROOM

• The main bedroom is of generous proportions with amble built-in cupboards, digital electronic safe in cupboards, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite TV (DSTV Premium Package with Extra View) and sliding doors which lead onto large balcony with patio furniture.

• The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and a single granite vanity.

I live 15 km from the apartment (20-25 min drive away). The guests are welcome to contact me at any time during their stay. I want to ensure that my guests enjoy a memorable and pleasant experience while visiting Cape Town. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Christ (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
