A newly renovated, fourth floor apartment in a secure mid-century block, it boasts serene views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, leafy Higgovale, City Bowl and the Cape Town bay. There are two bedrooms, fully equipped with a king-sized and double respectively. The bedrooms both have ample storage/hanging space and beautiful views to wake up to.
There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if sharing is a problem - this can be arranged prior to booking. The bathroom, fitted with Hans Grohe accessories, has a large walk-in shower. All bedlinen and towels are provided.
The lounge and kitchen are open-plan leading onto a large balcony. There is smart LED TV, FAST WIFI connection, Air Conditioning and fully equipped kitchen: stove/oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and all kitchen utensils.
Enjoy the swimming pool on the property - a lovely way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The views from the pool and the apartment are incredible.

If parking in the garage, there is an electric gate at the entrance of the property. If arriving by taxi/foot, the entrance of the building is accessible by secure key fobs (these are also used to access the swimming pool on the property). The property also has a modern lift for easy access to the fourth floor.

Lovely area to walk around. The staircase situated at the rear of the property gives direct access to Constantia Road, leading to Kloof Street and all the amazing local favourite restaurants:
Liquorice and Lime, Baccini’s, Bombay Bicycle Club - all within walking distance.
There’s plenty of supermarkets and delis within the area for easy grocery shopping. The best pharmacy on Kloof Street is Bloom’s - which hopefully won’t be needed. If you want more international shopping you can head to the V&A Waterfront shopping centre - plenty to see, eat & do. All of the top tourist attractions are 7 minutes away by car: Table Mountain Cable Car, Company’s Garden and its museums and Cape Town’s best beaches - Clifton 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th and Camps Bay.
The newly rolled out MyCiti bus service is very efficient, safe and reliable.
By foot - lots of places to see
Uber - highly recommend this app for getting around. Very cost-effective, safe and reliable.
By car - secure garage available within the complex (excellent for storing kite-surfing equipment).
The venue is superb if you need to work or relax. It is excellently located if you are in Cape Town to kite surf and the garage is great for storing your water sports gear and car.
