PEMBROKE 403 is a very spacious (263sqm) and utterly luxurious apartment on the fourth of five floors with a really high spec finish. The furniture was specially designed including some stunning glass pieces. All of the art work is original and personally chosen for the space. It has recently been awarded 5 Stars by the South African Tourism Board. The beds & bedrooms are luxurious with bed linen of the highest quality and there are oodles of pillows, towels etc together with bathrobes. Each balcony has a six seater table & chairs with loungers on the Marina side. The apartment has an integrated Bang & Olufsen sound and flat screen TV system in all rooms, also internet access. The lighting, designed by John Cullen Lighting, London is extremely sophisticated and provides a variety of moods. There is a fully equipped gym and a swimming pool on site. Ladies & gents golf clubs are available to play the many nearby beautiful and challanging courses.

While I live in Ireland, I am available virtually all of the time by phone, sms or WhatsApp to help in any way I can. We also have a guest relations team in Cape Town who will greet you on arrival and take you through the property. They are also on hand 24/7 to deal with any issues that may arise. While we do not exclude children as guests, Pembroke is a very sophisticated property designed with discerning adults in mind. Having said that, we have welcomed children on number of occasions & we offer child equipment service including cots, strollers and other needs.

Water is a very scarce commodity in the Cape - now 3rd year of draught. Please be ultra conscious of it's use.

The Marina is a place of calm where rowdiness, parties & loud music are not tolerated - please of conscious of this

Thank you so much for this fabulous review. We love Pembroke 403 ourselves and, from the outset, set about creating the stunning interiors that the amazing setting deserves. In this regard, all of our furnishings are bespoke and we used local craft workers including glass artist Simon Croft, cabinet makers and leather designers. All of the artwork is original, personally chosen & locally sourced. We can't ever say enough about our team at Pembroke. Ozzie is an absolute star who would stand on his head all day long for us and for our guests - we love him to bits as do our guests while Fibby keeps the place in ship shape and spotlessly clean. We love our Poggenpohl kitchen there and feel it is important to have it as fully equipped as our guests might have in their own homes. But it is the views from all our spaces and balconies that set the place alight. When our son arrived for the first time, he was blown away despite having seen lots of photos. "Connemara meets Manhattan" were his first words. The sea and mountain views and contemporary styling reminded him of the beautiful west of Ireland where we are privileged to live. Over the years, we have developed a deep love of South Africa and especially Cape Town and it's hinterland. There is such beauty all around, creativity knows no bounds, the food culture is so exciting and the wines are world class - all at unbelievable prices locally and we are always happy to give local recommendations and itineraries. The 'Winelands' are all within driving distance of Cape Town and we are always happy to give advice & arrange appointments for any of our wine-loving guests. So much to do - the V&A Waterfront, walking tours, Table Mountain, Robben Island, Hermanus and the whales, Hermanus and the whales, Cape Point, golf, beaches, hiking...... and so much more. We hope that we will able to welcome you and your family back to Pembroke 403 at another time - ye were a real pleasure to deal with.

Incredible setting

Cape Town Waterfront is one of the world's best. The view from Pembroke 403 reminds you off Monte Carlo as you look over the millionaire's yachts across the harbour out to sea.

How do damage deposits work?
